Types of Check-ins and Team Rituals
Troopr Check-ins help your team stay aligned by automating routine updates directly within Slack. By using structured rituals, you can reduce meeting fatigue and maintain a clear record of team progress.
Available Check-in Types
Troopr offers four distinct types of rituals to support your team's workflow. Please note that each team can run one of each check-in type; duplicate rituals of the same type for a single team are not permitted.
Automated Standup (Recommended): The most popular ritual for tracking daily progress, blockers, and goals. It keeps everyone informed without the need for a synchronous meeting.
Retrospective: A dedicated space for teams to reflect on recent sprints or projects, identifying what went well and what could be improved.
Planning Poker: Streamline your estimation process by allowing team members to vote on task complexity asynchronously.
Team Mood : A lightweight way to gauge team morale and well-being over time.

Managing Your Rituals
The Check-ins dashboard provides a centralized view of all your active and pending rituals. You can monitor and manage them using the following columns:
Schedule: Displays the frequency and timing of the check-in (e.g., "Every weekday at 10:00 AM").
Posts To: Indicates the specific Slack channel where the check-in reports and summaries are published.
Last Run: Shows the timestamp of the most recent successful execution of the ritual.
Status Toggle: Use this switch to quickly enable or disable a check-in without deleting its configuration.
Configure/View Actions: Access the settings to modify questions and participants, or click to view the history of previous responses.
