With issue creation action, users can convert any Slack message into a Jira issue.
Issue update action enables users to update any Jira issue. Use emojis to change status, priority, assign issues to yourself, mark issues as done, start watching issues and update fields.
With add comment action, users can add the Slack message as comment to an existing Jira issue.
With the add to confluence action, users can convert any Slack message into a Confluence article right in Slack.
With search confluence action, users can search for related Confluence articles matching to the Slack message.

- To get started, go to Troopr Webapp -> Settings
- Choose the Emoji actions under Workspace settings if you are an admin. If you are a non admin trying to setup personal emoji actions, click on 'Emoji actions' under Personal settings.
- Click on "New Emoji Action '' button.
- Fill the form to create new emoji
Click on the customize button to update the existing emoji actions. You can choose to update the emoji, purpose, scope, emoji action type and additional details and values. Once the emoji action is updated, clicking on ‘Update emoji action’ will update the action of the emoji.
