Troopr Check-ins
Troopr Check-ins run your team's recurring rituals in Slack. By analyzing activity across Jira, GitHub, and Slack, Troopr forms a comprehensive view of what your team is doing, drafts the results, and posts them once you have confirmed the details.
The four check-in types
Each team can run one instance of each check-in type, with each instance delivering updates to the team's default Slack channel.
Automated Standup: Troopr writes each person's daily update based on their Jira, GitHub, and Slack activity and Gmeet(daily Standup). It only asks for direct input if it cannot determine what you are working on.
Retrospective: Troopr collects input from the team and automatically groups responses into themes for easier analysis.
Planning Poker: Run structured estimation sessions and record the results without leaving Slack.
Team Mood: Collect a regular pulse on how the team is feeling and view summarized trends over time.
How check-ins work
A check-in collects input from your team and produces a structured outcome in your Slack channel. While Automated Standups are built from activity data, the other types (Retrospective, Planning Poker, and Team Mood) collect direct input from team members and summarize the results.
Draft and confirm
Anything Troopr writes on your behalf is routed to you for review before it is published. You can review the draft, make necessary edits, and confirm the post. Nothing is posted to Slack or updated in Jira until you provide confirmation.
Note: Troopr drafts, but you decide. Ownership of your work always stays with you.
