Setup notification preferences on behalf of users
Administrators can set up default personal notifications for team members.Β
This configuration will be default only to all first time users who have verified their account with Troopr. If the user changes their notification preferences under the βMy preferencesβ tab in βPersonal preferencesβ, the default personal notifications set by the administrator will not be enabled.Β
Administrators can choose when the team should receive notifications using the pre-built filters or by using a JQL filter. Click on βAlways send updates where I am mentionedβ and select the relevant fields for pre-built filters.Β
Future notification customization (optional) can be done by selecting the specific events and fields to receive notifications for in the βSend notifications only for these updatesβ , βand there is an update to these fieldsβ sections. Delivery frequency setting will batch notifications in the set interval. Choose to customize the delivery frequency based on preferences.Β
