Conversational Answering
Answer a Troopr Check-in with conversational answering
Conversational answering lets you respond to a Check-in by replying in plain language instead of filling in each field. Troopr reads your reply and maps it to the check-in's questions, so you answer the way you would talk to a teammate.
When you answer a Check-in directly
Most of the time the Automated Standup writes your update from your Jira, GitHub, and Slack activity, and you confirm or edit it.
Troopr asks you directly only when it cannot tell what you are working on, and for check-in types that need your input, such as Retrospective, Planning Poker, and Team Mood.
Open the Check-in prompt from Troopr in your team's Slack channel.
Reply in your own words. You do not need to answer question by question or match a set format.
Troopr maps your reply to the check-in's questions and posts your response.
[!NOTE] You can format your reply and mention teammates in the same message.
If Troopr maps something to the wrong question, correct it in the same conversation and Troopr updates your response.
