Configure internal feedback management for the workspace
Administrators can configure custom feedback for the workspace. This is useful when you have a helpdesk in your organization to manage internal feedback.
Administrators can set up the email and channel the feedback should be sent to and also set up a help docs. When users submit their feedback, the feedback would automatically be sent to the email address, channel and the help docs would be available in the submission form for the user.
- Employees/ Customers can enter /t feedback [feedback message] on any channel
- Employees/ Customers click on Help and Feedback button in the Troopr app home footer in Slack and enter their feedback messsage.
- Go to Troopr webapp
- Head over to Settings> Workspace profile> Feedback.
- Under 'Internal feedback management', Enter the email, channel, link to the help docs and save.
