Sync Jira issues with Slack
troopr supports 2 way real time updates of jira issues in slack channels comments and file attachments added to the issue in slack channel/ thread will get automatically updated in jira and vice versa this feature works with both jira software issues and jira service desk tickets enable 2 way synchronization go to the troopr web app at https //app troopr io/ https //app troopr io/ navigate to "helpdesk'' in the left side menu bar navigate to the "channel preferences'' tab, find the channel and click on ‘configure’ on the channel page, head over to 'jira to slack thread sync condition' you can choose to sync relevant jira updates
