get employee feedback about the support experience in slack when a ticket is closed, the reporter is sent a slack message asking about their support experience the rating is between 1 to 5 and collected feedback is recorded in the jira ticket as well see how employee feedback works pre requisites troopr is connected to your jira troopr helpdesk is enabled in your workspace the customer support channel is setup csat feedback feature is enabled in the support channel steps to collect feedback step 1 setup employee support channel step 2 make sure csat feedback is enabled in the support channel step 2 close a ticket in the jsm project step 3 the reporter will be sent a slack message requesting feedback in the thread (if the thread is active) or as a private message step 4 when an employee clicks on the feedback button, it is submitted to jsm
