Get employee feedback

Get employee feedback about the support experience in Slack When a ticket is closed, the reporter is sent a Slack message asking about their support experience. The rating is between 1 to 5 and collected feedback is recorded in the Jira ticket as well.

Pre-requisites

  • Troopr is connected to your Jira
  • Troopr HelpDesk is enabled in your workspace
  • The customer support channel is setup
  • CSAT Feedback feature is enabled in the support channel

Steps to collect feedback

Step 1: Setup employee support channel

Step 2: Make sure CSAT feedback is enabled in the support channel

Step 2: Close a ticket in the JSM project

Step 3: The reporter will be sent a Slack message requesting feedback in the thread (if the thread is active) or as a private message.

Step 4: When an employee clicks on the feedback button, it is submitted to JSM
