Log internal comments
Support agents can add internal comments to Jira tickets in Slack. These internal comments cannot be viewed by the requestor or customer and are meant for internal conversation between the agents.There are 2 ways to add internal comments using Troopr.
In the agent channel, open the ticket thread and add the lock emoji with the subsequent comment. This will create an internal comment in Jira.
Open the ticket thread in the agent channel and select, ‘internal comment’ in the dropdown section. It will create an internal Jira comment.
