Send approvals in Slack

Easily approve requests in Slack with one click Troopr delivers approval requests to approvers in Slack. Actionable notifications are delivered to users when it requires their action.

Pre-requisites

  • Troopr is connected to your Jira
  • Troopr HelpDesk is enabled in your workspace

Steps to approve

  • Create a new request in JSM and move it to a status that requires approval. To add an approval step to a workflow- click here
  • Troopr automatically sends an approval message to the user(s)
  • The user receives a notification in Slack
  • The user can click on Approve button in the Slack message
