Customize issue message
You can customize how issue details will show up in a Troopr issue card message in a channel.
Where can you customize?
Troopr issue card can be customized in channel preferences. In the Troopr web app (https://app.troopr.io) navigate to Troopr Helpdesk => Channel Preferences and then the agent channel where you want to customize the issue card.

What can you customize?
You can customize the following aspects about the issue card message
- Issue card title
- Issue card details
- Issue card buttons

The title of the issue card usually shows project, type, priority and assignee. This can be customized using these options

The details of the issue card usually show issue key, status and summary. This can be customized using these options

Issue card usually shows buttons to "View", "Change Status" and "Comment". There is also a dropdown after these button showing rest of the actions. These buttons can be customized using these options.
