support agents can create requests on behalf of other employees in slack with troopr steps to raise requests on behalf of other employees step 1 go to troopr apphome> click on +request step 2 fill in the required details step 3 under 'raise this request on behalf of' section, select the employee name for whom you are raising the request and submit the jira issue will be created and the employee for whom you have created the request for, will get updates of the created jira ticket
