Agent Channel Notifications

Get started by typing this command in the Slack channel

/t configure

Click on "Notification Settings" to get redirected to the notification settings page for the channel in the Troopr web app. Alternatively, you can navigate to the Troopr web app and then to "HelpDesk (Jira)" in the sidebar and then go to "Channel Preferences".

Select the channel to configure. Scroll down to Notification Subscription in the Channel preference page.

Click on "Add Subscription"

Choose frequency, format, project and events for which you want notifications. You can also use a JQL filter. Make the changes and save. To remove notifications subscription, click on "Delete preferences" on the channel preference page.

PS: Every Troopr channel notification has a link "Notification Preferences" in the footer.

Click on the link and you will be redirected to the "Channel Preferences" page.
