View status of your requests

Employees can view the status of their requests directly in Slack without having to log in to Jira or ask the agent about it. There are multiple ways to check the status of requests.

1.Apphome

This is by far the easiest way to check the status of your requests. Go to Troopr Apphome to view the requests raised as well as the status of of those requests.

2. Channel thread

If the ticket was created in the support channel, go to the corresponding channel and the request thread to view the status of the request. Similarly, if the request was raised in the Troopr bot channel, go to the corresponding thread in the bot channel to view the status of request.
