Using Global Shortcuts

Shortcuts in Slack help you get work done quickly and easily. Troopr supports Slack global shortcuts with actions to create Jira issues and service requests.

Accessing Troopr Global Shortcut

Open the attachments and shortcuts menu by clicking on the ⊕ plus icon to the left of the message field in Slack on your desktop.

From the menu, search for Troopr's "Create Request" action to create a new service request in a Jira Service Management project.
