Enable Troopr Wiki

This article is about how to enable the Troopr Wiki product in your Troopr workspace. Troopr Wiki is one of many products in Troopr and it should be enabled in your workspace for you to use its features. You should be a Troopr workspace administrator to enable/disable Troopr Wiki.

Verifying if Troopr Wiki is enabled

  1. Login Troopr app: https://app.troopr.io using Slack SSO.
  2. Check if the "Wiki (Confluence)" option is visible in the left side panel.

If not, it means Troopr Wiki is disabled in your Troopr workspace.

Enabling Troopr Wiki

  1. Login Troopr app: https://app.troopr.io using Slack SSO.
  2. Click on "Settings" in the left side panel.
  3. Click on the "Products" tab and enable "Troopr Wiki".

If you don't see the "Products" tab in Settings, you are not an administrator in your Troopr workspace. Request your administrator to enable the same. If you are unable to identify or contact your administrator, write to [email protected] for help.
