Ask for Help
Troopr will show a "Ask for Help" button that will add a 🙋♂️ emoji to the request message in the main channel when this feature is enabled.
Step 1: Go to Troopr web app https://app.troopr.io using Slack SSO.
Step 2: Click on ‘Wiki’ on the left side panel and choose ‘Channel Preferences’.
Step 3: Click on ‘Customize’ on the channel you want to enable the feature in.
Step 4: Scroll down to ‘Ask for Help’ and enable it.
When you raise a query or send a message in a Troopr wiki channel, you will see a button named ‘Ask for help’.
Clicking on the button will add a ‘🙋♂️’ emoji on the message in the channel so the agents can notice these messages and answer them promptly.
Agents can respond to the user and click on ‘Ask for help’ button again to remove the ‘🙋♂️’ emoji.
