Usage Report

In this article, we look at how to track usage of Troopr Wiki in your organization Usage tracking is a way to check how well-automated answering of requests in Slack is used in your organization. Troopr provides a usage report showing the total number of requests answered using Troopr Wiki over a period of time.

Steps to track user adoption

  1. Troopr app: https://app.troopr.io using Slack SSO.
  2. Click on "Troopr Wiki" on the left side panel and choose "Analytics".
  3. Choose "Usage" to see the user usage report.
