Automatically

Troopr automatically suggests matching articles for every message in the configured confluence channel from Confluence. It ensures that all your queries are answered immediately. 

Administrators can setup automatic answering by following the steps below

Step 1: Go to Troopr webapp > Wiki

Step 2: Select the channel to configure

Step 3: Enable ‘Auto suggest’ 

Step 1: Go to the configured channel for Wiki. Usually this would be a support channel to receive all employee queries

Step 2: Type in your query

Step 3: Troopr would bring the related documentation(s) to you. 

Troopr responds to queries posted in the Troopr Assistant bot channel. To enable bot channel automatic answering, follow these steps. Every message that is sent in the bot channel messages will be answered automatically with the related Confluence articles. 

Administrators can setup automatic answering by following the steps below.

Step 1: Go to Troopr webapp > Settings > Slack app under Workspace settings

Step 2: Enable ‘Auto suggest’ under Bot channel behavior. 

Step 3: Configure the Confluence spaces, matching options and suggest request creation. 

Step 1: Go to Troopr Assistant> Messages in slack.

Step 2: Type in your query

Step 3: Troopr would bring the related documentation(s) to you.
