Refine search keyword

When the documents that you received from Confluence are not relevant to your query, you can trigger another search with another set of keywords using the ‘Refine search keyword’ feature.

How it works:

Step 1: Trigger a search in the channel or in the Bot channel.

Step 2: If you find that all or some of the documents are not relevant to your search, click on the 3 dots and choose ‘Refine search keyword’.

Step 3: Enter the exact keyword related to your query.

Step 4: Troopr would trigger another search and bring the relevant documents to you.
