Channel admins can configure the notifications of a Jira project channel in Slack.
Manage channel notifications
Get started by typing this command in the Slack channel
Click on "Notification Settings" to get redirected to the notification settings page for the channel in the Troopr web app.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the Troopr web app and then to "Project (Jira)" in the sidebar and then go to "Channel Preferences". Select the channel to configure. Scroll down to 'Notification subscription' and click on "Add Subscription".
Choose project, delivery frequency, format and events for which you want notifications. You can also use a JQL filter. Make the changes and save. To remove notifications subscription, click on "Update" and select "Delete". Alternatively you can also switch off the toggle button to disable the notification subscription. You can also edit the existing subscriptions by clicking on 'Update' in the corresponding notification subscription, make changes and clicking on update. .
