Issue card customization
You can customize how issue details will show up in a Troopr issue card message in a channel.
Troopr issue card can be customized in channel preferences. In the Troopr web app (https://app.troopr.io) navigate to Troopr Projects => Channel Preferences and then the channel where you want to customize the issue card.
You can customize the following aspects about the issue card message
- Issue card title
- Issue card details
- Issue card buttons
The title of the issue card usually shows project, type, priority and assignee. This can be customized using these options
The details of the issue card usually show issue key, status and summary. This can be customized using these options
Issue card usually shows buttons to "View", "Change Status" and "Comment". There is also a dropdown after these button showing rest of the actions. These buttons can be customized using these options.
Typically used in issue list view. All issues with title and a chosen field attribute will be displayed.

The detailed view displays 4 attributes of a single issue.
You can customize some or all of the attributes that will be displayed in this view in the Troopr web app => Channel Preferences page.
Step 1: Open Troopr Web App > Project (Jira) > Channel Preferences > Choose preferred channel > click Configure > On the bottom left click on Click Issue Card Customization
Step 2: Under the Field Options heading > Select up to 4 Attributes from dropdown list
Step 3: In the designated Slack Channels enter command /t create to create issues
