Emoji Actions

The easiest and most popular way to create requests in Slack. Users can simply drop an emoji on any Slack message and convert it into a Jira ticket.

Make sure Troopr is invited to the channel for emoji actions to work

Default emoji action

Add the 🎫 (:ticket:) emoji to a Slack message to convert it to a Jira request. If additional information is needed, Troopr will open the request creation form.





Using Custom Emoji
