Auto ticket creation
The easiest way to create tickets in Slack is to use the auto ticket creation feature. Employees can simply drop a message in the customer support channel. Troopr automatically creates a new ticket for every message posted in the channel.

To enable Auto ticket creation, navigate to the Troopr App and then to "HelpDesk (Jira)" and to "Channel Preferences".
Select the channel name from the list and enable the "Auto-create tickets" option.
