Configure custom feedback management for the workspace
Administrators can configure custom feedback for the workspace. This is useful when you have a helpdesk in your organization to manage internal feedback.
Administrators can set up the email and channel the feedback should be sent to and also set up a help docs. When users enter /t feedback [feedback], the feedback would automatically be sent to the email address, channel and also to Troopr support team and the help docs would be sent to the user.
To enable this feature,
Go to Troopr webapp> Home> Settings> Workspace profile> Feedback. Enter the email, channel, link to the help docs and save.
